Best Vacuum For Allergies, Asthma, & Respiratory Concerns

Miele For Allergies & Asthma

Vacuum For Allergy AsthmaIf you struggle with allergies and asthma, you likely know the basics. Doctors often recommend you eliminate carpeting in your home and take extra care to clean and vacuum your floors, upholstery, draperies, and surfaces to regularly remove dust, dander, and other allergens.

We often hear from customers whose allergist, immunologist, or respiratory specialist have referred them to Miele. Miele offers several vacuums designed especially for homes with health demands.

What sets Miele apart from other vacuums is their filtration. To create a safe haven for a family member with respiratory needs, your vacuum needs to do more than provide powerful suction. It MUST filter and exhaust clean air back into your home.

Exhausted Vacuum Air Is Crucial To Your Health

As you vacuum, the suctioned air carries debris and particles into the dirt bag. But that air is ultimately released back into the room. The trick is to properly filter the air so that the smallest dust and allergen particles remain in the vacuum and only clean air is exhausted out. That’s where Miele’s patented 12-Stage Air Clean Filtration comes to play.

Miele took on the challenge of creating a series of vacuum cleaners that offer powerful suction and clean, filtered air. Through diligent research and testing at their facility in Germany, Miele developed their patented 12-Stage Air Clean Filtration.

Focusing on incredibly efficient dust bags and inventing the first HEPA filter to meet the stringent European Union EN 1822:2009/H13 standards, the system is able to capture and contain 99.95% of all particles, DOWN TO 0.1 MICRONS SMALL.

The suggested vacuums below will all include the three most important features for respiratory issues:

  1. Miele’s patented Sealed System & 12 Stage Filtration
  2. Electric power head and wand for powerful suction
  3. HEPA & GN AirClean/HyCLean filtration options
