The color has changed but the features and benefits are the same. The inverted bag on this unit is a permanent filter. The special Surf-Tex™ filter resists bacteria, mold, and mildew growth. This material can also capture particles as small as .3 microns and has a dust retention of 97% efficiency. The Imperium PINK inverted bag unit has a convenient utility valve located right on the unit. This makes it easy to empty as the debris is collected in the bottom canister.
The PINK uses a stronger, 5.7″ 2 Stage Flow Thru motor giving you suction power of 740 Air Watts. The Imperium PINK is an all steel central vacuum power unit made of galvannealed steel. Galvannealed steel is made by combining the process of galvanization and annealing. This process produces a very fine matte finish that acts like a primer, easily adheres to paint, and is very rust proof. With a superior powder coated finish, this is a unit that will resist rust and corrosion for years and years.
